This website is operated by Pathmark Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that also does business as Through the Woods Marketing ("we," "us," "our").

This policy explains what information we collect throughthewoods.marketing (the "Site"), why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
It does not cover information we handle on behalf of our clients as part of a paid engagement. When a client hires us to manage their marketing, we act as their service provider and handle their data under our contract with them, on their instructions. That client's own privacy policy governs that data, not this one.
We keep this short on purpose, because we collect very little.
Information you give us directly. When you fill out the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message and project-description fields. If you email us or call us, we have whatever you send or tell us.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider generates standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability purposes. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors.
What we do not collect. As of the effective date of this policy:
- We do not process payments on this Site, and we never see or store your payment card information.
- We do not have user accounts or logins.
- We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information — health information, government identification numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or biometric data. Please do not include information like this in the contact form. If you send it to us anyway, we will delete it.
If any of this changes, we will update this policy before the change goes live, not after.
We use what you give us to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about it.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and scopes of work.
- Deliver services if you become a client.
- Send invoices and administer our business relationship.
- Keep records we are required to keep for tax and legal purposes
- Maintain the security and reliability of the Site.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
We have never sold personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (that is, we do not hand it to advertising platforms so they can target you elsewhere). We have no plans to do either. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide an opt-out mechanism before doing so.
We use a small number of third-party service providers to run our business. Each one has access only to what it needs to do its job:
Provider
What it does
What it touches
Webflow
Hosts the Site and processes contact form submissions
Form submissions, server logs
Hostgator
Domain and hosting services
Domain and DNS records; server logs where applicable
Google (Google Workspace)
Our business email and document storage
Email correspondence, records we store in Google Drive
Stripe
Invoicing and payment processing (off-Site)
Payment details you enter on Stripe's own pages — we never see card numbers
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to — in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or law enforcement request — or if it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property. If we are ever compelled to disclose your information, we will notify you unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
We do not otherwise disclose your information to anyone.
The Site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function — for example, cookies our hosting platform sets to serve pages correctly and protect against abuse. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Because we do not track you, there is nothing to opt out of. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy, add a consent mechanism that blocks those tools until you agree to them, and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as valid opt-out requests.
What

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.
A number of U.S. state privacy laws give residents specific rights over their personal information. Rather than sorting visitors by state, we extend the following rights to everyone who contacts us, regardless of where you live:
- Know. Ask us what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, and who we have shared it with.
- Access. Get a copy of that information.
- Correct. Have inaccurate information fixed.
- Delete. Have your information deleted, except where we are legally required to keep it.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is currently nothing to opt out of — but the right stands if that ever changes.
- No retaliation. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise them: Fill out our contact form. We may ask you to confirm your identity, usually by replying from the email address you originally contacted us from, so that we do not hand your information to someone else. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why before that deadline passes.
You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for proof that you authorized them.If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, tell us first, we would rather fix it than leave your issue unresolved. You also have the right to complain to your state attorney general.
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, inform us via our Contact Form and we will remove the suspected data from our systems immediately.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold: multi-factor authentication on our accounts, access limited to the two people who run this business, and vendors chosen for their security practices.
No method of transmitting or storing data is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
The Site may link to websites we do not control: client sites, tools we recommend, articles we cite. This policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. For changes that meaningfully affect what we collect or how we use it, we will make the change before the new practice starts, and we will note what changed.
